Looking into the fishing opportunities on the doorstep of Leytonstone as a fresh immigrant, I chanced upon a fishing blog with a thread about a couple of fishermen encountering a bear at the Hollow Ponds! This was pre 'The-revanent' and possibly alcohol or drug related.
