A Victorian plate of a what is likely to be an Atlantic Salmon (artist unknown), combined with 2-colour woodytype counters and a pair of Hallmarked wooden ornamentst sourced from Dublin.  A homage to the trout and salmon in my life.

I like to say I've smoked a few trout in my time.....but never inhaled!
